PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
To reserve, we ask for your credit card details, payments by card are done 30 days in advance with a 5% fee OR you can choose to pay in cash on arrival. Payments for Reveillon and Carnaval are paid full in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes can be done for free until one month from arrival. Within 30 days the full amount of your stay will be charged. For Carnaval, and New Year's Eve, there are no cancellations allowed.

MOBILITY
Please be aware that Casa Beleza is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The house has many stairs, and the local streets have many hills and cobblestones. Thank you for considering this before you make your reservation.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in for the rooms is 14h00, and check out is 11h00. We are open only from 8h00 to receive you. You must let us know roughly what time you are arriving so we can arrange to be here, as we do not operate a 24 hour reception.

HOUSE RULESSmoking is permitted in outside areas only. There are no outside guests allowed at any time. Swimming pool is for daytime use only. Please note that we have friendly dog on the premises.

 

CHILDREN AND POOL

Please be aware that Casa Beleza has a pool located in an open area and without a lifeguard. All children must be accompanied at all times in the garden/pool area.
