PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
To reserve, we request a 100 Reais deposit via Paypal. The balance is paid in cash in Brazilian Reais on arrival. For reservations which total 5 nights or more, to secure the booking, we request the full payment one month before arrival by Paypal which will include a 7% Paypal fee. When you arrive here, you can ​choose to ​pay us the amount in cash in Brazilian Reais, and ​be refunded the full amount paid on Paypal (including the 7% fee).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes can be done for free until one month from arrival. Within 30 days the full amount of your stay will be charged. For Carnaval, and New Year's Eve, there are no cancellations allowed.

MOBILITY
Please be aware that Casa Beleza is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The house has many stairs, and the local streets have many hills and cobblestones. Thank you for considering this before you make your reservation.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in for the rooms is 14h00, and check out is 11h00. We are open only from 8h00 to receive you. You must let us know roughly what time you are arriving so we can arrange to be here, as we do not operate a 24 hour reception.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is permitted in outside areas only. There are no outside guests allowed at any time. Swimming pool is for daytime use only. Please note that we have friendly dog on the premises.

 

CHILDREN AND POOL

Due to safety concerns with our swimming pool, which is in an open area and without lifeguard, we have the following policy regarding children at Casa Beleza:

-Babies under 1 year are welcome

-Children over 1 year who cannot swim unaided (without flotation device) CANNOT stay at Casa Beleza

-Families with children who can swim unaided must sign a pool waiver form and agree to the safety rules of the pool.
